The other night, my trainer Adrienne and I did a 12 Days of Christmas workout to celebrate the upcoming holiday.
I really loved this circuit workout and I thought I would share.
I was dripping sweat by the 12th Day! It was fun and different type of workout that I normally do. I highly recommend this for anyone who is trying to mix up their workouts.
